Consultancy disclaimer

First Capital is a licensed loan consultant. We assist with loan applications but do not approve loans ourselves. Final approval and terms are at the sole discretion of the lending bank.

No guarantee of approval

No consultant can guarantee loan approval. We provide honest advice and bank comparisons based on your profile.

Interest rate figures

All interest rates published on this site (5.5% personal loan, 4.8% debt consolidation, 5.0% SME) are reference figures. Actual rates vary by bank, profile, tenure, and prevailing market conditions.

Appointment policy

Consultations are by appointment only at our Gurney Tower, Penang office. We do not accept walk-in clients.
